1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the answerion.com website and the live demo we make available on it. By using the site or the demo, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Answerion is operated from Latvia, in the European Union. You can reach us any time at info@answerion.com.

2. What we provide here

This website is informational, and the demo lets you experience an AI receptionist for evaluation. The paid Answerion service — building and running a receptionist for your business — is provided under a separate written agreement, not these terms. Anything on this site (including pricing) is indicative and may change; nothing here is a binding offer on its own.

3. The demo

The demo is a demonstration, provided as-is and free of charge. It may be unavailable, change, or be withdrawn at any time. It is not a real answering service or emergency line and must not be relied on as one. In a genuine emergency, contact the relevant emergency services directly.

The demo is powered by AI and tells you so at the start of every call. Please don't share real sensitive personal data with it, and don't use it unlawfully, to harass others, to attempt to break or overload it, or in any way that infringes someone's rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site or demo for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the service;
• copy, scrape, or reuse our content or branding without permission;
• use the demo to generate, transmit, or store unlawful or harmful content.

5. Intellectual property

The Answerion name, logo, site content, and design are owned by Answerion and protected by law. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not reproduce our content or branding for your own commercial use without our written permission.

6. No warranties

The site and demo are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the site or demo will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Service levels for the paid product are covered in your service agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Answerion is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the free website or demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Third-party links

The site may link to other websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and a link isn't an endorsement.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and the European Union, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Latvian courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
